Lee’s Summit, MO – MBPI (Mechanical Breakdown Protection, Inc.), a leading provider of F&I products for the automotive industry, recently hired Jason Caley in a newly created role as National Fixed Operations Director. Jason works with dealerships through in-store consulting, offsite consulting, statement analysis, training and field agenda and general dealership operations support.
Jason will lead the fixed operations training which provides a variety of courses on the many aspects of fixed operations.
Jason brings 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is a former Director of Operations at a large dealership group. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of multiple locations along with a stand-alone collision center for fixed operations as well as variable operations. He also previously worked as a consultant and was the first and only MADA endorsed Fixed Operations consultant. Jason speaks at Dealer 20 meetings and enjoys training.
MBPI is known for providing high caliber training through the Sales Academy and F&I School, but now there is an addition to that line-up with the Fixed Operations School. Jason will lead the fixed operations training which provides a variety of courses on the many aspects of fixed operations. Some training, such as the Fixed Operations Bootcamp, will be specifically designed for dealer principals, general managers and P/S directors. The course will help unravel the math behind the madness of fixed operations as well as increase service absorption and retained earnings. This is a two-day intensive training that will benefit attendees within hours of returning to their store.
