First Details Released For Agent Summit 2012
LAS VEGAS - F&I and Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur announced this week that Agent Summit 2012 will be held March 12–14 at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace.
Agent Summit 2011 took place March 8–9 at the Las Vegas Hilton and was co-sponsored by Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom. The agenda was packed with a Who’s Who of speakers, panelists and industry experts, and based on the feedback from the attendees, the event was a great success. After welcoming more than 200 attendees to last month’s first annual event, organizers decided to expand the Agent Summit for 2012.
Following the show, however, F&I’s publisher, David Gesualdo, expressed regret at having to limit the size of the inaugural event. “We didn’t anticipate the attendance or the level of interest from exhibitors,” Gesualdo said. “At one point, we had to start turning people away, but for 2012, we plan to accommodate everyone.”
The new venue at Caesars will allow the organizers to expand the agenda, host separate conference and exhibition spaces and open the schedule for pre-conference events such as association meetings, and a golf or poker tournament. The move will affect the scope, but not the quality, of the event.
“Caesars Palace is a great property right on the strip and can accommodate the growth we expect,” Gesualdo said. “We’re excited about the move to Caesars, the quality of the agenda, and the enthusiasm with which the attendees have embraced the concept.”
