Ohio Auto Group Under New Ownership
After 79 years with the Schluter family, Mansfield Auto Group has been acquired by Missouri-based Clement Auto Group.

Clement Auto Group has entered the Ohio market with the acquisition of Mansfield Motor Group, a three-rooftop Nissan, Honda, and Volvo dealership group.
The dealerships will be renamed Clement Honda, Clement Nissan and Clement Volvo Cars of Mansfield.
Mansfield Motor Group, originally known as Whitey’s Auto Mall, was founded in 1947 by the Schluter family. The now-former owner, Dirk Schluter, is entering retirement.
Clement Auto Group started in 2012 as a used-car dealership and has since expanded its portfolio with Ford, Hyundai and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships across Missouri and Illinois.
Performance Brokerage Services was the buy-side adviser for the transaction, and Bel Air Partners was the sell-side adviser.
