California Store Has New Owner
The longtime dealership in the northern part of the state is known for robust fleet sales and has served the state capital for 115 years.

The store ranks 10th nationally for the Ford brand in fleet sales.
Ford
A California auto dealership that’s one of Ford’s best-selling fleet stores in the country just changed hands.
Downtown Ford Sacramento in the state capital, one of California’s oldest dealerships, sold to the growing DOCS Dealership Group in a deal managed for the seller by National Business Brokers.
The store, founded in 1911, had been owned by Price Family Dealerships since 2022. The group, established in 1976, still operates 13 other dealerships in Northern California across 18 brands, many of them premium.
DOCS’ website indicates it operates seven other stores spread across the country from California and Hawaii to Florida. The group was founded in 1957.
The Price group didn’t reveal its reason for selling the Ford dealership, which National Business Brokers said is ranked the 10th biggest Ford fleet dealer in the country and second on fleet in California.
