Train the Trainers: Agent Summit Panel Stacked With All-Stars
Trainer and agent principal Tony Troussov will convene a team of executive trainers for “It’s More Than F&I Training,” an Agent Summit panel discussion devoted to effective F&I development.

LAS VEGAS — Training expert and Mezen Dealer Services founder Tony Troussov will lead a panel staffed by top training executives representing some of the industry’s leading F&I product providers. Troussov’s panel is scheduled for Monday, May 20, at 2:25 p.m., on the first full day of the four-day event, which will be held at Las Vegas’ Venetian & Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos.
Troussov told Agent Entrepreneur that training is neither a one-time event nor a direct path to success. His objective for the panel is to help the agents in attendance develop training programs that benefit F&I professionals at every skill and experience level and nurture their development — and that of each dealer’s entire business office — from good to great.
“A great trainer should also be a great coach,” Troussov said. “As an agent, you want to be both to your dealer partners. This is a must-attend session to get insights on how to create a lasting impact that goes beyond training sessions.”
Troussov will be joined by Kevin Graven, owner of AutoMethod Corp., and training directors Kevin Jacobs of Safe-Guard Products International, John Tabar of UDS, and Ritch Wheeler of American Financial & Automotive Services.
“We have assembled an ‘All-Star’ panel to dissect not the metrics of the next deal or the next month but the view ahead for the long haul and its impact on the participant and his or her family,” said Agent Summit advisory board chair and United Development Systems President and CEO Randy Crisorio. “A variety of mediums will be addressed and the commitment required for personal growth both financially and for elevation within the retail automotive world.”
Registration for Agent Summit 2019 is now open at the event’s website. To discuss sponsorship opportunities, contact David Gesualdo via email or at 727-947-4027.
