Personnel Expert to Helm Hiring Session at Agent Summit
Broad & Pattison Automotive Search’s Bruce Martin will present “People Are the Key,” a workshop devoted to best practices in hiring and recruiting.

LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the annual Agent Summit have announced that automotive hiring and recruiting expert Bruce Martin will present “People Are the Key” at the 2019 event, set for May 19–22 at the Venetian & Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas.
“We’re all currently swimming in the deepest candidate demand market that any of us has ever seen,” said Martin, president of Broad & Pattison Automotive Search Inc. “These are heady times for those in the job market: New career options galore. Job offers abound. Base pay and bonus plans rising. Therefore, it’s a scary-as-hell time for employers: Aging, open job recs. A shallower and shallower candidate pool. Compensation demands soaring. What should you do if you’re on the hiring side of this equation?”
Before joining Broad & Pattison, Martin, who is also the publisher of digital magazine ExecutiveVine.com, served in field leadership assignments with GE Capital Auto Financial Services and DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, then as a vice president with The Adecco Group NA, a global recruiting and consulting firm.
“It is terrific to hear from a subject matter expert on the lifeblood of our business: people!” said Randy Crisorio, president of United Development Systems Inc. and chairman of the Agent Summit advisory board. “Bruce Martin is a driven pro in this field, and we should anticipate learning some high value dos and don’ts within the talent recruitment process. Competition today for quality personnel is ferocious.”
Registration for Agent Summit 2019 is now open at the event’s website. To discuss sponsorship opportunities, contact David Gesualdo via email or at 727-947-4027.
