The F&I Hall of Fame, now in its third year, is an initiative designed to recognize industry trailblazers that stand out through their examples of professionalism, innovation and leadership and who have made lasting impacts on a dynamic sector.
The criteria below highlight exceptional achievement, innovation, leadership and contribution to industry and society. These qualifiers are designed to identify people who’ve not only achieved personal success but who’ve also made significant contributions to the advancement and betterment of our industry:
1. Innovation and Impact
2. Leadership and Vision
3. Ethics and Integrity
4. Educational and Mentorship Contributions
5. Regulatory and Policy Influence
6. Community and Societal Impact
7. Career Longevity and Consistency
"Now moving into the third generation of Hall of Fame honorees, we have already seen so many F&I legends take to the stage, that the bar for 2026 is reaching new heights," said David Gesualdo, show chair and president of Bobit's Auto Group. "Help us recognize those that have left a lasting-impact on the industry by submitting your nomination today."
