DALLAS – Marketing and loyalty company, MyStar, is the official provider of 24/7 personal assistant service to Agent Summit 2013. MyStar partners with F&I agents and distributors to offer branded personal assistant service to automotive dealerships and OEMs. The company will provide its VIP service to the first 300 people who register to attend Agent Summit.

“In today’s competitive industry, F&I agents and distributors need something new and profitable to offer their dealership clients,” explained Ken Ferguson, president of MyStar. “Our proven marketing and loyalty programs give them an advantage because MyStar’s personal assistant service is a very powerful customer sales incentive. We’re providing the assistant service to the Summit, and we’re exhibiting at the show, because having qualified, informed and heavily supported agents is at the core of our growth strategy.”

According to MyStar, offering its branded personal assistant service with the purchase of every vehicle helps dealerships distinguish themselves from competitors and helps close sales. Not just car sales, but also F&I and other products and services. When a car owner contacts MyStar’s high-touch service, a member of the personal assistant team welcomes them by name and delivers the dealership’s customized greeting. After the caller receives help with any question or phone/internet-based task they need, they’ll hear the dealership’s name again with its tagline, slogan or other promotional message.

“Adding MyStar’s programs to an agency’s product portfolio is simple,” added Ferguson. “It requires no remittance forms, no inventory, no equipment to install and no dealer contract. The programs can be applied to all makes and models, new and pre-owned. It’s also very easy to learn and train. Plus, agents get to use the personal assistant service themselves.”

"We're excited to have MyStar on board,” said Tariq Kamal, co-show chair of Agent Summit and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur magazine. “They offer a unique product that agents are getting excited about, and we appreciate their generous offer to share their service with our attendees."

Agent Summit runs March 4–6, 2013 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
