Intersection Technologies Launches Website Featuring F&I Express
SAN PEDRO, Calif. - Intersection Technologies, Inc. has launched an expanded website featuring its F&I Express e-contracting platform.
The website shows how dealers can improve the way they rate, prepare and register the aftermarket F&I products they sell. In addition, the website provides strategic content, tools and white
papers that enable aftermarket administration/provider companies to manage the transition from paper processes to e-contracting.
The enhanced site also features the introduction of two new offerings:
F&I Consult – A strategic consulting line of business specializing in the aftermarket administration, auto finance and dealer management system (DMS) marketplace.
TechExpress – Providing custom IT development for the automotive services industry, with special expertise in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
The automotive services marketplace is undergoing dramatic change, and Intersection Technologies is guiding its clients throughout the change process. Its F&I Express platform streamlines the
contracting and registering of aftermarket F&I products by making the process electronic, as compared to the old manual form-based processes.
Dealers benefit from a more streamlined workflow process that ensures that when they contract a new customer, the contract is prepared correctly. Most importantly, the platform allows dealers
to go to one website for ALL aftermarket product needs.
The aftermarket administrators/providers and agents benefit from reduced use of printed contracts, dramatic reductions in contract error rates and process inefficiencies, as well as increased dealer support capabilities.
“The automotive services marketplace is going through dramatic change, and companies that do not embrace the change will become a part of history like 8-track tapes,” said Brian Reed, CEO of Intersection Technologies.
Reed added: “From technology to consumer-geared processes to regulatory compliance, Intersection Technologies has the
resources and expertise to help financial service companies transform themselves today.”
