F&I Administration Announces SCS Auto Integration with Inspection Companies
CHICAGO - F&I Administration Solutions (F&I Admin), a provider of software solutions for the administration of automotive F&I products, announced the launch of its integration with inspection companies. Integration has been completed with Warranty Inspection Services, One Guard Inspections, Southwest Inspection Services, Carr Appraisals and Lemon Squad Auto Inspections.
SCS Auto is connected electronically to each inspection company’s ordering and reporting system. As a result, a provider claims manager can order an inspection from the provider’s company of choice by simply clicking a link on the SCS Auto claims screen.
Electronic notifications are received from the inspection company indicating the completion of each stage of the inspection, and when fully complete, the results of the inspection are accessed directly from the claim screen.
“It is extremely gratifying to deliver technology solutions that are so quickly and universally adopted,” said David Trinder, CEO of F&I Admin. “Both our provider customers and the inspection companies have been very quick to adopt the new process.”
“Some technological changes need little selling,” said Kumar Kathinokkula, COO of F&I Admin. “When you tell a claims manager that instead of typing a fax or going to another web site to fill out a detailed form to order an inspection he or she can simply click a button on the claim screen, it does not take much to see 100 percent adoption. One of our provider customers estimates that the process saves over $10 in time and processing costs. That is technology worth delivering.”
SCS Auto is a fully integrated, web-based solution that is built for automotive aftermarket product and service providers to automate and streamline the F&I product administration process. SCS Auto is specifically designed to support vehicle service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, appearance protection, limited warranty, theft, key replacement, prepaid maintenance and much more.
In addition to its connectivity to inspection companies, SCS Auto is also broadly connected to many other service providers in the industry, including over 20 menu systems, parts databases, payment plan providers and a state-of-the-art credit card provider for the efficient payment of claims.
“This is yet another step in our commitment to connecting to all possible partners in the industry to create efficiencies and savings for all parties involved.” Concluded Trinder.
