LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Agent Summit announced that Lance LaCoe, president and CEO of CARS Protection Plus, will present “10 Practical Strategies to Get Your Foot in the Door” at the 2022 event. Agent Summit will take place May 15–18 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Lance LaCoe is the President and CEO of CARS Protection Plus. He has 30 years of broad expertise and leadership in sales, F&I, insurance, reinsurance, and administrator operations. Before joining CARS, LaCoe was the President of Century Automotive Service where he focused on developing innovative reinsurance programs. He also served as a Vice President at Protective Life Corporation, General Manager of Protective’s Chinese subsidiary. LaCoe received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington. He served with the 82^ndAirborne Division as an Infantry Squad Leader.
