The key to success for any business is to deliver genuine value. The more valuable your agency becomes to dealers, the more demand there is for your products and services. Successful agents always focus on helping dealers improve their F&I performance, profits and customer satisfaction, not just getting that dealer to sell more of the agent’s products. This workshop will outline seven keys to differentiating your agency from the competition, growing your agency and increasing your income by bringing real value to your dealers each and every month.
"Current inventory challenges offer new opportunities to help your dealers," said Reahard. “'Bring Value, Not Donuts' will detail seven ways to enable your agency to become more valuable and profitable!"
Ron Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates. Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and firmly believes every day is a beautiful day to help a customer! He has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, seminars, and management workshops for NADA, several manufacturers and dealer groups, as well as the F&I Conference, Agent Summit and various state and local dealer associations.
