Dealer-FX Expands Integration With PBS Systems
An enhanced data integration was designed to give auto dealers more up-to-date customer and vehicle information through Dealer-FX’s customer experience management software.

TORONTO — Dealer-FX, the leading customer experience management provider for automotive OEMs and their retailers, today announced a more comprehensive partnership with PBS Systems, a provider of DMS software providing accurate, dealership software, services, and support.
New integrated service enhancements available to PBS dealerships include Service Appointment Data Pull, Open RO Data Pull, and On-Demand Customer Search by VIN.
