Car-Specials.com Set to Give Customers Fresh Car-Shopping Experience
Carmel, Ind. — Launched in December, Car-Specials.com is a new online marketplace offering customizable search options to help consumers find the vehicle they want. Among other options, the site allows buyers to drill down their search by color, make or body style.
Veering away from the kind of automotive Web site that focuses on the sale and not the customer relationship, Car-Specials.com focuses on giving consumers the connection to a particular vehicle that they would expect from walking into a dealership, all from the comfort of their own home. Car-Specials.com is currently in its pilot phase, adding new and used car deals from new dealerships every week.
Dealers will also enjoy lower pricing to market their inventory, officials said. They believe the lower price will allow dealers to pass those savings onto their customers. Customers can search by make, model, year, price range, body style, geographic location and more. Visitors can even search new and used vehicles at the same time.
“Online car shoppers don’t want just any vehicle, they want the perfect one,” said Roger Laurendeau, president of Car-Specials.com. “We strive to provide the best vehicle choices and a streamlined system that makes the process of finding and purchasing a new car fast, convenient, and fun.”
