In the issue, the honorees will discuss their views on the industry, including how they chose to work in it and the changes they believe their generation will make. They will also name their mentors and share advice for the young executives who will follow them. The issue will also include a roundtable discussion among the fathers and uncles of “40 Under 40” entrants who followed them into the industry.

“In the automotive arena, our focus is not on the past but the present and future,” Gesualdo said. “Based on the exemplary character displayed by our honorees, I believe ’40 Under 40’ offers a glimpse into a future that is very, very bright.”
