Randy Crisorio, president and CEO of United Development Systems Inc. and chairman of the Agent Summit advisory board, has announced that the submission deadline for the industry’s first compensation plan survey has been extended to Monday, April 1.
Agency principals were invited to complete the survey in the weeks leading up to Agent Summit 2013, which was held March 4–6 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Organizers guaranteed anonymity to participants and will release the results only to those who take part.
Crisorio acknowledged the fact that many agency principals who made the trip to attend the conference are just getting back to their usual schedules. He said the results so far were encouraging but asked for more submissions to create a larger sample size.
“Many of you have submitted the plans that you commonly use today,” Crisorio said. “A number of you haven’t taken the time. … We urge you, through the end of this month, to please submit your compensation plans.”
