Agent attendees who complete this giveaway form will be entered to win a VIP package, which includes:

• A three-night stay at The Cosmopolitan

• A full event pass to Agent Summit*

• An in-person business review with the Assurant team, including a discussion of market trends, innovations and opportunities

• Roundtrip airfare*

• Limousine transportation to and from Las Vegas airport, during Agent Summit.
