Warrantech Parent Co. Listed as a FORTUNE Top 100 Fastest Growing Company
BEDFORD, Texas – AmTrust Financial Services, parent company of Warrantech, a provider of automotive and consumer product extended service plans, has been ranked 60th by FORTUNE Magazine on its Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies list.
FORTUNE describes the list as “Our annual roster of high performers that reveals the promising saplings that are rising in a difficult economy and the stalwarts that deliver year after year.” AmTrust, publicly traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under symbol AFSI, was recognized based on three key criteria over the previous three years: earnings growth of 28%, revenue growth of 34% and a total return of 40%.
