FORT WORTH, Tex. – Today, compliance technology provider, SecureClose, LLC has announced a new strategic alliance with marketing agency, KISS Concepts Group LLC, to represent SecureClose technology solutions to independent dealerships and finance companies throughout the United States.
As part of this new collaboration, independent agents and agencies that are members of KISS Concepts Group (an acronym for Keep It Simple Successfully) will act as outside sales representatives for SecureClose products, including the forthcoming SecureClose Clarify Professional and Clarify Elite compliance management systems.
“Legal compliance is the #1 most critical issue for independent dealerships and lenders right now,” said KISS Concepts Group President and Chief Relationships Officer, Rod Heasley. “With so many regulatory actions taking place in the industry, dealers & lenders absolutely need a compliance solution like SecureClose to help protect themselves from litigation. KISS Concepts Group agents are eagerly looking forward to representing SecureClose products nationally in the field.”
“One of the biggest challenges that every new technology company must face is finding ways to quickly introduce themselves to the marketplace,” said Ace Christian, Chief Vision Officer of SecureClose. “Working with an organization like KISS Concepts Group will help us spread the word about our products, on a large national scale. This new relationship makes it possible for us to cover specific and targeted geographic locations as we begin to strategically roll out our compliance technology to dealerships and lenders across the nation. The entire support staff here at SecureClose is looking forward to the imminent release of our products, and capitalizing on our relationship with Rod & with KISS Concepts Group.”
SecureClose Clarify Professional is an all-in-one solution, which assures consistent communication of legal disclosures by using an electronic avatar to verbally walk customers through contract closing. Throughout this process, the audio of disclosures, as well as the customer’s image and on-screen activity are all captured by the system. All of this data is then stored securely online so that both the dealer and the customer have instant access to the closing record at any time.
Additionally, independent agent members of KISS Concepts Group will also represent the upgraded SecureClose Clarify Elite system, which will include additional features and functionality.
