Poway, Calif. – Partners Alliance Corporation (PAC), an administrator of auto dealer finance and insurance products, is pleased to announce the recent hire of Will Rutherford as the new Executive Vice President.
Will, formerly the Western Regional Sales Manager for Allstate Dealer Services, comes to PAC with over twenty years of industry experience. He will oversee the management and growth of PAC’s footprint in the marketplace. PAC’s focus has been primarily in the GAP market and will expand its efforts with a robust line of F&I products on a national basis.
