Attorney and Mosaic Compliance Services cofounder Jim Ganther will deliver a featured presentation on Easy-to-Implement Processes and Controls at Compliance Summit in September.

DALLAS — Organizers of the upcoming Compliance Summit announced that James S. Ganther Esq. will serve as a featured speaker for the Easy-to-Implement Processes and Controls portion of the agenda. The event will be held Sept. 11–14, 2017, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, as part of Industry Summit.

“Jim has been an ardent supporter of Compliance Summit as well as a highly valuable speaker,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom magazines. “We are counting on him to deliver the practical advice and instructions dealers need to build and maintain bulletproof processes.”

Ganther is a high-profile attorney, compliance expert and author, the cofounder and CEO of Mosaic Compliance Services, and a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel. In his Compliance Summit presentation, he will discuss how forces within and outside the regulatory bodies, including the digitization of F&I, are contributing to the need for processes and controls that can withstand scrutiny.

“Technology will make compliance mandatory,” Ganther said, noting that dealers understand the need for compliance training, a “defined element” of the CFPB-mandated compliance management system (CMS), but must also be prepared for audits and enforcement actions. “You can have easy-to-implement processes in place that make that independent audit a breeze.”

Registration for Industry Summit 2017, which includes Compliance Summit and Automotive Compliance Education (ACE) certification as well as The Best Training Day Ever, F&I Think Tank and Special Finance Conference, is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by Aug. 11 will enjoy a $100 discount.

To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at (727) 947-4027 or via email.
