Endurance Dealer Services, an administrator of vehicle protection products and specialty programs, promoted Eric Gilliam to senior vice president of sales and Eric Radford to vice president of sales.

The promotions are intended to strengthen EDS’ sales leadership team as the company continues to expand its product portfolio, agent and dealer relationships, and presence throughout the vehicle protection industry.

In their new roles, Gilliam and Radford will take on greater responsibility for sales execution, partner development and advancing a more strategic, consultative approach to growing the business.

Gilliam has been an integral part of EDS for 11 years, playing an important role in the company’s growth and market expansion. Throughout his tenure, he has built extensive agent and dealer relationships, developed deep industry knowledge and earned the trust and respect of colleagues and partners, becoming one of the company’s most relied-upon members of the Business Development Team, the company said.

As senior vice president of sales, Gilliam will assume broader responsibility for the direction and execution of EDS’ sales strategy, helping lead the Business Development Team, oversee strategic account development, drive sales performance and support the company’s long-term growth.

Radford, who joined EDS three years ago, brings more than 24 years of experience in the vehicle protection and administration industry. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge of the market, strong agent and dealer relationships, and a practical understanding of the needs and challenges facing EDS partners.

Known for his energy and ability to connect with people, Radford combines deep industry experience with a highly relationship-driven approach. As vice president of sales, he will step into a role focused on supporting the sales team, strengthening partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities and helping expand EDS’ reach across key markets.

“Eric Gilliam and Eric Radford have each brought tremendous value to EDS in very different ways,” said Endurance Dealer Services President Aaron Segal.

“Over the past 11 years, Eric Gilliam has become one of the most experienced and trusted members of our team, with deep industry knowledge and extensive agent and dealer relationships. He has long been someone we rely on, and this new role gives him the opportunity to bring that experience into a broader leadership capacity.

"Eric Radford brings more than 24 years of industry experience, along with strong market knowledge, established relationships and an ability to connect with people that makes him a valuable resource for our partners and our team. I’m excited to see both of them take this next step.”

The promotions reflect EDS’ commitment to building on the personalized, responsive support it focuses on, giving agents and dealers greater access, support and strategic guidance as the company continues to grow.
