EasyCare Roundtable to Cover Service Department Practices
Norcross, Ga. — Focusing on auto industry service department best practices and more, the EasyCare Service Manager Roundtable will be held in both New England and Atlanta in August.
The event will be held in Norcross, Ga., at the EasyCare facility on Aug. 14-15, as well as in Bedford, N.H., at Manchester Country Club on August 21-22. It will feature Jeff Cowan, a service manager and advisor training specialist.
Cowan’s experience comes from a lifetime of automotive service department training. He has been in the business for 27 years and has spent the greater part of that time standing on service drives training advisors. Day two of the event will include Cowan’s ProTalk One Day Workshop.
The roundtable includes a service manager workshop and will cover topics such as the culture and system of offering benefits to customers, creating sustainable growth, implementing closing techniques and more.
