Dealertrack Releases F&I Menu for iPad
Lake Succes, N.Y. — Dealertrack launched its eMenu app for the iPad, an F&I product presentation and selling tool designed to help sales and profitability.
The eMenu app provides dealers with a new interactive tool supporting the presentation of F&I product information. Features include product videos and images, as well as product descriptions. The solution enables dealers to consistently present a full array of F&I and aftermarket product options to consumers through a secure and reliable platform.
“As dealerships continue to increase vehicle sales and F&I product options with millennials and tech-savvy consumers, supporting their workflow with dynamic tools is critical to exceeding the expectations of today’s car buyer,” said Allan Stejskal, vice president and general manager for sales and F&I Solutions, Dealertrack. “With eMenu for iPad, aftermarket product presentations are more interactive and engaging, and will result in higher F&I sales, profitability and CSI scores for dealerships.”
During its pilot testing, eMenu for iPad received rave reviews along with positive results from initial test users, according to company offcials. Scott Cooper, director of finance for Coral Gables Mercedes-Benz in Florida, said his F&I department experienced a 16 percent increase in aftermarket sales after using eMenu for iPad.
“Dealertrack’s eMenu for iPad is a revolutionary tool that is ideal for today’s generation of clientele,” said Cooper. “F&I managers now have an easy-to-use presentation tool that positively influences our clients to engage in our sales processes, and ultimately yielding improved F&I product sales performance and customer satisfaction results.”
