About SouthwestRe
We are a privately owned, service-driven corporation based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with offices in Dallas, Texas. Since our company’s founding in 1985, SouthwestRe’s purpose has been to provide our clients with maximum profit for minimum risk. We do this by forming and managing reinsurance companies, and through our services as a Third Party Administrator with a nationwide reach. Our goal is to deliver more profit for clients (your dealers), more service for agents, and more solutions for contract holders.
How do we deliver more service to agents? By being committed to supporting you with the knowledge, resources, technology and F&I products you need to succeed, including:
More personalized attention. Our staff is always eager to help. When you sign up with SouthwestRe, you get access to industry experts happy to support you and help you succeed. When you need a question answered right away, our friendly and knowledgeable Client Services department will be your single source of contact--just one phone call does it all. We also keep you fully informed when we release a new product or update an existing one with email alerts and website updates. Plus, you’ll have access to MySouthwestRe, a site we created just for you, where practically everything you need to sell our products is available 24/7.
More competitive advantages. With agent-controlled commissions, SouthwestRe gives you more leeway to determine your commissions than most of our competitors. In fact, many of our programs have no limitations on commissions at all. Our suite of products features over 30 programs to choose from, so it’s likely that SouthwestRe has exactly what your dealerships are looking for. And with our highly competitive administration and insurance costs, we’re likely to be one of the most cost-effective companies you’ll ever do business with.
More resources for your dealers. Your dealers will have access to OLÉ, our incredibly powerful Web-based suite of online assistant tools. OLÉ's advanced online technology includes e-rating, e-printing, e-submitting, e-reporting and real-time live support. In addition, our systems are integrated with Dealertrack, OptionSoft, VisionMenu, MenuVantage, Provider Exchange Network (PEN) and F&I Express. We also offer the convenience of our own in-house Claims Department, which is open six days a week and handles on average 1400 calls per day. Plus, our Marketing Department will help your dealerships engage their customers with creative and compelling brochures, desktoppers, mirror hangers, posters and much more.
SouthwestRe has grown tremendously since the company was founded nearly 30 years ago. Much of that growth is due, in no small part, to our agent partners. If you have any questions about any of this information or wish to learn more, please contact us today. Thank you!
