LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Portfolio has been named a Top Workplace in Orange County, Calif., for the fourth straight year. Based on a survey of employees and sponsored by The Orange County Register, the program recognizes businesses based in America’s sixth-most populous county for building cultures that make employees feel “engaged, appreciated and fulfilled.”
To be included in the 2020 rankings of Orange County’s Top Workplaces means we and our fellow honorees have not only built winning cultures but maintained them through an extraordinarily challenging year.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Lake Forest, Calif., Portfolio also has offices in Dallas and Cleveland. The reinsurance and F&I products provider and administrator first made the list of OC Top Workplaces in 2016 and ranked a company-high No. 35 in its category in 2020.
This year’s survey was designed to measure 15 “culture drivers” experts say reflect an organization’s overall health, employee engagement and results.
“To be included in the 2020 rankings of Orange County’s Top Workplaces means we and our fellow honorees have not only built winning cultures but maintained them through an extraordinarily challenging year,” said Portfolio President and CEO Brent Griggs. “We appreciate the meaning and value of this great program and we look forward to continued growth and prosperity in 2021.”
