Eric Fifield brings over 20 years of automotive industry experience to EFG Companies. As the vice president of the company’s Agency Services division, he is responsible for dealer development through a distribution network of top-tier agents. Prior to EFG, Eric served as the regional sales manager and vice president of sales for Great American Insurance. His career began 20 years ago with the Penske Corporation as an ASE Certified Technician, where he worked in many capacities including the director of training. Eric’s clients have included organizations such as AutoNation, Ford Motor Company, Honda Motor Company, Chicago Automobile Trade Association, and hundreds of agents and dealers across the country.

Bill Gusa and his partners founded Olympic Dealer Marketing Services to look ahead of the curve and insulate dealerships from market changes while enabling them to capitalize on new opportunities. Drawing on his management career in the retail automotive space, Bill cultivates relationships based on trust and the ability to generate mutual success. Under Bill’s direction, Olympic Dealer Marketing Services brings a team approach to assembling relevant product portfolios, conducting methodical training that impacts dealers’ ability to increase finance revenue, and providing insight into overall business performance with ongoing service and reporting. He and his team focus on driving the greatest success possible for over 100 dealerships.
