LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Agent Summit announced DealerMax’s Jim Maxim Jr will present “The Menu Reviewed After 20 Years” at the 2022 event. Agent Summit will take place May 15–18 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Decades ago, the industry took a leap forward by adopting menu selling as the de facto standard for sales and compliance in dealerships around the country. With the integration of sales and science, menus moved from simply digitizing workflow to an endlessly evolving, end-to-end buying cycle.
Retail technologies are constantly influencing consumer behavior and consequently the selling strategies for cars and F&I. Consumers are now empowered to connect upstream, buy direct, continue through after-sales, and integrate into their referral networks.
For Agents, embracing these changes means the difference of new opportunities or becoming outmoded.

From 2003 to 2019, he helmed MaximTrak, a digital F&I platform, which he founded and sold to RouteOne LLC in 2016. As president of MaximTrak and as chief digital officer for RouteOne, Jim brought to market, solutions trusted by dealers around the world.
