SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.— A highly regarded industry veteran, Joe Ward was appointed divisional vice president of sales for the western region effective January 1.

Ward has been with CNA National for three years as a regional vice president of sales for agents and dealerships in Wyoming through Texas and Mississippi. During this time, he has shown consistent improvement and progress with the company’s partners by providing dedicated support and personalized service. Prior to joining the organization, Ward served as a sales manager for other F&I administrators, in addition to several years as a finance director for multiple dealerships.

“Joe has become a key member of our team,” said Todd Sands, senior vice president of sales for CNA National. “In the relatively short time he’s been with us, he has demonstrated effective leadership, intelligent business strategy and a strong desire for win-win outcomes that benefit dealers, our agents and our company. Joe’s experience and depth of knowledge will help drive our team farther forward and deliver even greater value to our clients.”

In his new role, Ward is responsible for the growth and development of CNAN’s sales team that supports the western segment of the United States, with a focus on the execution of sales plans and initiatives.

“This is an exciting new challenge for me,” said Ward. “I’m honored to be chosen for a leadership role with CNA National and look forward to continuing to enhance the value we bring to our dealers and agents.”
