LAS VEGAS — Top F&I trainers Gerry Gould and Ron Reahard will tag-team a training session at the upcoming Agent Summit, organizers announced. The event will be held May 21–24, 2017, at Paris Las Vegas.
“I am looking forward to this year’s summit, especially the opportunity to share the stage with Ron Reahard,” Gould said. “The program we are designing is aimed directly at ways agents can maximize their clients F&I performance as well as compliance efforts. Show me the money!”
Gould and Reahard’s session, “Training Enrichments,” will kick off the third day of Agent Summit, beginning at 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24. Armed with decades of combined training experience, much of it earned in the field, the pair will go “under the hood” to arm agents with a coherent plan for training retail staff, measuring the results, and improving sales and agency revenue.
“I’m excited to work with Gerry Gould to spotlight new ways agents can help their dealers increase F&I product sales, profits, and ensure their processes are compliant,” Reahard said. “A dollar bill has two sides. Both are necessary. Attendees will discover that, while there may be significant differences in F&I training programs and processes, every agent must evaluate what initial and ongoing training program will best match their dealers’ unique needs.”
Registration for Agent Summit 2017 is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by April 21 will enjoy a $100 discount. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at 727-947-4027 or via email.
